COD Modern Warfare: No Micro-Transactions at Launch

There are still several hours until the official opening of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare’s Alpha 2 against 2 servers and, to allow all PlayStation 4 owners to try the shooter, Activision has already made the preload available to users.

To start downloading all the files needed to test the four-player mode of the new COD, all you have to do is log in to PlayStation Store and add the alpha in question to your library, so you can download it. In the event that you do not have access to your console, you can also perform this procedure from a PC via the web version of the Sony store. Visit the Alpha COD page, add it to the cart and, after the purchase, you will also be given the possibility to start the download remotely on your PS4.

We remind you that the game will arrive on the shelves of all stores starting October 25, 2019, on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC (exclusively on Battle.net). As for the alpha, know that it will be available exclusively on PS4 and you can start playing it from late afternoon today, 23 August 2019.

Did you know that COD Modern Warfare will have dedicated servers? A recent video also highlighted the potential of Ray Tracing in COD Modern Warfare.
