If you have already completed the download of the Call of Duty Modern Warfare alpha on PlayStation 4, know that the servers are already online and you can jump into the fray a few hours ahead of schedule.
In case you missed it, the announcement of this alpha version took place on the occasion of GamesCom 2019 and you can try it exclusively with the owners of the Sony console. All PC and Xbox One players will, therefore, have to wait for the beta scheduled for next September to try out the multiplayer mode of the new shooter episode. Unlike the beta, which will provide a wider range, in the Modern Warfare alpha, you can only try the 2 against 2 modes announced a few weeks ago.
We remind you that the game will arrive on the shelves of all stores starting October 25, 2019, on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC (exclusively on Battle.net). For the first time ever in the series, it will also be possible to play with users of other platforms thanks to cross-play, whose matchmaking will take into account the control system used by players in the game.
Your weekend just started a little early.
