Since the first appearance at E3 2019, Marvel’s Avengers has never been able to fully convince players and specialized critics, due to not perfectly successful character design (according to most) and gameplay that still has everything to prove.
The developers, however, still have several months to correct the shot. Not surprisingly, in an interview with PCGamesN, Editorial Director Casey Lynch explained that “everything about the game will continue to change during the finishing “ and that “all the things seen at E3 and at Gamescom are still in pre-Alpha “. He also added that “that there will be changes to everything, from the characters too much of what has already been shown”.
Soon after, a spokesman for Square Enix clarified Lynch’s words, explaining that “by change, we mean the finishing”. Basically, don’t expect drastic changes, but improvements for what has already been shown. After that, he focused on the much talked -about character models: “What we’re doing is adding detail to character models, improving lighting, skin shaders. So, if all goes well, the characters will look even better with the approach of the launch. In any case, we are not thinking of changing their design”.
Marvel’s Avengers, we remember, will be launched on May 15th, 2020 on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PC and Google Stadia.
