Disintegration in Action: 7 Minutes of Gameplay from the Halo Co-Creator’s Shooter


Among the protagonists of the Gamescom 2019 edition, we certainly find the new shooter born from the developer team of Marcus Lehto, co-creator of Halo.

The title was in fact shown to the public during the Opening Night Live, during which an interesting Disintegration trailer was broadcast. The latter allowed us to meet Romer Shoal, a man whose mind was implanted in artificial armor. The practice is known as “Integration” and adopted by the human community as an extreme solution to survive a profound social and environmental crisis that had brought civilization to the brink of extinction. Following the disclosure, various information on the Disintegration campaign and multiplayer component were released by the development team. 

On the occasion of Gamescom 2019, IGN.com colleagues have had the opportunity to publish a few minutes of Disintegration gameplay. The sequence lasts about seven minutes and shows some interesting mechanics of the V1 Interactive shooter. The game currently does not have a definitive publication date, but its debut on the market is expected during 2020.
