Capcom invites all Monster Hunter World Hunters to participate in the Iceborne Beta testing phase that will take place on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One in the days immediately prior to the launch of the expected expansion.
The proof that, as happened with the June Beta, should be reserved for those who already have a copy of Monster Hunter World, will take place in two distinct phases. The first phase will involve exclusively PS4 users and will take place from Friday 30 August to Monday 2 September. The second one, destined for MHW fans on Xbox One, will start immediately after and will run from Monday 2 September to Thursday 5 September.
The Iceborne pre-launch Beta will take us to the immense expanse of the Briny Reeds and will give access to hunting missions against the Great Jagras, Banbaro, Tigrex, and Velkhana, with increasing levels of difficulty that will help us test the main gameplay novelties linked to the use of the 14 types of weapons.
The Iceborne Beta will help us to fool the wait for the launch of the latest, powerful expansion of Monster Hunter World, which will be scheduled for September 6 on PS4 and Xbox One and in January 2020 on PC.
