Despite the criticisms levelled by the author of DARQ and a part of the community, the strategy of the exclusives of Epic Games continues unabated. In fact, the American videogame giant decides to show up at PAX West 2019 with a video that celebrates another eight exclusives for the Epic Store.
The trailer made by Epic underlines the originality and the resourcefulness of the authors of the new video games destined to land on the pages of the Epic Games Store over the coming months. All strictly exclusive.
The highlight of the offer will be represented by Ooblets (already confirmed at the end of July, with annexed criticism for the exclusive Epic Store ), by the unique Wattam platform sandbox created by the author of Katamary Damacy and by the Alto Collection which includes Alto’s Adventure and Alto’s Odyssey. The word “exclusive” that stands out in the video, it should be pointed out, refers only to the PC ecosystem: the crazy Wattam, for example, is also destined to land on consoles, in this case on PS4.
In the list of “new” games destined to make their exclusive entry in the Epic Store, we also find the No Straight Roads action-adventure, the narrative adventure The Eternal Cylinder, the singular managerial citizen on floating islands the Airborne Kingdom, the Superliminal puzzle and the curious “gardening simulator” Manifold Garden.
