Jumanji The Video Game: The Rock and his friends fight in the first gameplay video

Jumanji The Video Game

After having intrigued us with the reveal of Jumanji on the days that preceded E3 2019, the authors of Funsolve take advantage of the media showcase of PAX West in Seattle to show us the very first gameplay trailer of their adventure coming in November on PC, PS4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch.

The Bandai Namco project will follow in the footsteps of the Jumanji film franchise and will accompany the release of Jumanji 3 with a title that, based on what can be seen in the new game video, promises to offer us a sparkling cooperative experience.

Our aim will be to take on the role of Dr Smolder Bravestone, Ruby Roundhouse, Franklin “Mouse” Finbar or Professor Shelly Oberon to help them find Jumanji’s jewels and avoid, in doing so, the destruction of the world. The use of the stones will then have the non-secondary effect of opening a dimensional gap that will allow the reckless group of heroes to regain their way home before becoming the evening snack of some creature of the jungle or of the marauders of the place.

From the point of view of the game dynamics, the title will be part of the third-person shooter action genre dedicated to the multiplayer cooperative to show us a constantly changing context: it will be up to us, and to our team of up to four users online, to understand how to get the better of the enemies and reach the goal set.

Before leaving you with the new trailer for Jumanji: Il Videogioco, we remind you that the adventure of Funsolve and Bandai Namco will be released on November 15th on PC and console. The next film in the saga, Jumanji The Next Level, will arrive in Italian cinemas on January 1, 2020.
