The Heroes of Trine 4 Fight Co-Op in the New PAX West Video Gameplay

Trine 4

The heads of Modus Games and the authors of Frozenbyte fly to Seattle to show the public of PAX West 2019 a new video demonstration of Trine 4 The Nightmare Prince, the next act of this popular fantasy adventure tinged with puzzle-platformer elements.

The new trailer, lasting seven minutes, gives the unpublished gameplay scenes starring the thief Zoya, the knight Pontius and the magician Amadeus, to which a fourth user will be added to give life, for the first time since the beginning of this the colorful saga, a cooperative mode of 4 that promises to infuse originality into the game mechanics between fighting and solving environmental enigmas.

With The Nightmare Prince, the Finnish developers will thus try to overcome the contradictions of the previous chapter through a healthy injection of originality and new content that will pass from the introduction of scenarios with more complex puzzles, new animations for each of the interpretable heroes and an even more fairy-tale graphics sector.

Before leaving you in the company of the new PAX West 2019 game video, we remind you that Trine 4 The Nightmare Prince will arrive on PC, PS4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch on October 8th. On these pages, you will find an interesting behind-the-scenes video in which the boys of Frozenbyte discuss the challenges faced in painting the interactive picture of Trine 4.
