Pokemon Go: Last Hours to Capture Rayquaza and Rayquaza Shiny

Rayquaza and Rayquaza Shiny were the protagonists of the Legendary Raids of Pokemon GO during the summer but starting from 22:00 (Italian time) of Monday 2 September the two Pokemon will disappear definitively leaving the place to the Legendary Dogs of Johto.

“It is said that Rayquaza has lived for hundreds of millions of years in the ozone layer, descending only to end the clash between Kyogre and Groudon. Given that Kyogre and Groudon have both been active recently, it is not surprising that this normally solitary Pokémon reappeared in their place!

With maximum luck, you might come across a chromatic Rayquaza. This Dragon and Flying Legendary Pokémon is weak to Ice, Rock, Dragon and Fairy-type attacks. In fact, Rayquaza has fourfold weakness in Ice-type attacks, so make sure you have Pokémon with those ready attacks when you go into battle!

During the weekend it was possible to capture Rayquaza in Raid Ultima Ora, until 19:00 (GMT +2) on September 1st, take advantage of these latest hours to have the chance to meet the rare Shiny / Chromatic variant. From September 16, the fifth generation of Pokemon GO is coming, Niantic Labs is preparing to face the autumn with great news for all coaches.
