On the night between 4 and 5 September a new Nintendo Direct will be held, focused on games coming to Switch by the end of 2019, but many believe that the transmission (of the unusual 40-minute duration) will have many surprises in store.
The first could concern the announcement of DLC of Astral Chain or a new presentation of Bayonetta 3, the Platinum Games game designer Takahisa Taura has shared the Tweet of the ad of Direct on his profile and this would make to think about news coming from aside of the Japanese firm. Even Soraya Saga (Art Designer of Monolith) did the same and many people hypothesize the arrival of a port of Xenoblade Chronicles X or the first reveal of Xenoblade Chronicles 3.
Other speculations concern the announcement of Pikmin 4 (confirmed by Miyamoto in 2013 as a game for Wii U and then disappeared by radar) or of the much-rumored Star Fox Grand Prix , then there is no lack of those who dream of an F-Zero egg but in this case there are no rumors or concrete voices to support. Instead, we will hardly see anything on Metroid Prime 4, the development started from zero at the beginning of the year and it is still too early to show anything concrete about the game.
Final speculation speaks instead of the possible arrival of SNES games on Nintendo Switch Online, which currently only hosts NES titles. To learn more, all that remains is to wait for the new Nintendo Direct broadcast on Thursday 05/09 at 00:00 CEST.
