In the end, the insistent rumors circulated in the last few days have turned out to be more than true: Overwatch will indeed arrive on Nintendo Switch! The announcement came during the Nintendo Direct in progress while we write to you.
The hero shooter will arrive on the hybrid on October 15th in the Legendary edition, with all the heroes and maps offered by the other versions of the game. To celebrate the announcement, Blizzard Entertainment shared the trailer that you can see at the beginning of the news. Overwatch: Legendary Edition can already be preordered on Nintendo eShop for the price of 39.99 euros, and in addition to the basic game it also includes:
- A code redeemable for 3 months of individual subscription to Nintendo Switch Online;
- 5 legendary models
- 5 epic models
- 5 Origins models
Overwatch, remember, is available for purchase from 2016 on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC. In these three years the popularity of Blizzard’s hero shooter has never fallen, thanks to continuous updates that have introduced gameplay balances, new heroes, new maps and special events, and the success of the Overwatch League, now in its second edition.
