Thanks to an update of the product page of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare on Amazon UK, we discovered that among the cosmetic objects in the game will also feature charm charms, already included in other chapters of the series.
Specifically, the retailer has included a pendant among the pre-order bonuses of the Infinity Ward first-person shooter, along with early access to the Open Beta, a business card and an emblem to show off in the game. The pendant in question is a reproduction of a drone: it is reasonable to assume that in the final product there will be many others to be unlocked in the form of rewards. For the moment, this bonus is exclusive to the UK market, and we do not know if it will be extended elsewhere.
The gaming community seems to have conflicting opinions regarding the presence of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare charms. According to some, they represent tinsel whose need was not felt, a sort of sop for gamers waiting to unlock more functional objects, such as weapons. Others, on the other hand, appreciate them, because there are many royal soldiers who carry pendants attached to their weapons on a mission, in memory of important people or moments. Furthermore, there is no lack of users who are completely uninterested in the matter.
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, we remember, will be launched on October 25th on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.
