Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Does a Leak Reveal Multiplayer Modes?

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare

The YouTube channel TheGamingRevolution reported a series of rumors and speculations, later also taken up by GameRant, regarding the multiplayer modes that will be featured in the new Call of Duty Modern Warfare due out in October.

Among the ways revealed we find Team Defender (similar to the one already seen in Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3) and a variant of Demolition, with a name yet to be specified. There is also talk of the return of Clan Wars and Cranked, both of which have already appeared in Call of Duty Ghosts.

Finally, a method that is already known is mentioned (Gunfight, also the protagonist of the Alpha and the upcoming Beta of Call of Duty Modern Warfare ) and one yet to be announced, according to the author of the leak the latter could be a Battle Royale in style Blackout. It is difficult, however, to give credit to this hypothesis as Infinity Ward has repeatedly stated that it does not want to add the Royal Battle to Call of Duty Modern Warfare.

It must be said that the studio seems to have perished with various multiplayer modes and it is not excluded that the tests were also conducted with regard to the Battle Royale, however, its introduction seems highly unlikely, at least at present. Recall that at the end of September Activision will reveal the first details on the Call of Duty Modern Warfare campaign, while in October we will know more about Special Ops, ahead of the launch scheduled for October 25 on PC, PS4 and Xbox One.
