Josh Cook, Art Director of Watch Dogs Legion, revealed new details about the game during a Community Event called Ubisoft Experience, focusing on replayability and Permadeath, two important aspects of the new production of the French company.
” I can only tell you that the places we created for Legion will have different faces, we would have the opportunity several times to go back to visited places and approach them differently to do different things. Take the E3 demo as an example, where you are invited to Scotland Yard to complete a specific task. Starting the same mission with a different character in the same location, you will be taken to a different area, perhaps in Camden. “
These are the words of Cook, who then goes on to talk about Permadeath: ” It is certainly a controversial addition, but it is something I love very much. Many appreciate this aspect, it is important to underline that Permadeath is the result of a very precise tactical choice, it never comes by chance. “
Watch Dogs Legion will be released on March 6th, 2020 on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One and then on Google Stadia later. It is one of the most interesting titles of the Ubisoft lineup for the autumn/winter 2019/2020, received with discreet interest at the last E3 in Los Angeles.
