The numerous problems that have plagued Gears 5 in the Early Access phase have led The Coalition top management to offer in-game bonuses to those who participated on PC and Xbox One.
The in-game bonuses will be available free of charge for those who participated in the pre-launch phase of Gears 5, that is, the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscribers and the buyers of the Ultimate Edition of the new Gears of War (here is an interesting video comparison between Gears 5 and Gears of War 2 ).
The rewards studied by the Canadian developers of Xbox Game Studios will take the form of an additional content package that will include 5 days of Boost (of experience multipliers) and 600 Scrap, to be redeemed for Craft Skill or Supply Cards for your alter-ego. Both the Boosts and the Scrap will be sent automatically to the accounts of the players who participated in the Early Access: there will be no need to make any request, therefore.
In leaving you all further comments to the compensatory initiative of The Coalition, we remind you that Gears 5 is available today on PC and Xbox One.
As a token of our appreciation for your patience and support during this weekend’s Early Access, we’re awarding 5 days of Boost (Faster progression) and 600 scrap (Craft Skills or Supply cards). Look out for it in the next 48 hours.
Thank you so much playing Gears 5!
