Mega Man: Capcom Ready to Develop a New Main Chapter

Mega Man

While the Tokyo Game Show 2019 participants are having the opportunity to test the Mega Man Zero / ZX Legacy Collection, a new collection coming up in January, franchise producer Kazuhiro Tsuchyia has unveiled something that will make all fans extremely happy.

During a chat with 4Gamer, Tsuchyia revealed that Capcom has already planned the future of the main Mega Man series and that the next chapter to be developed has already been decided. Unfortunately, he didn’t want to reveal any information about it. To a specific question about the future of the series, he replied: “The truth is that the next game to be developed has already been decided, it’s just that I would like to keep specific details secret for the time being. Please wait for our announcement.

We do not know the identity of the project nor the state of the work, so we can do nothing but continue to be patient. In any case, it is certainly a pleasure to know that the series already has a secured future. Evidently, Capcom was really satisfied with the results of Mega Man 11, a title that arrived at the end of last year on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PC and Nintendo Switch, obtaining the consent of specialized critics.
