During the last event organized by Koei Tecmo to coincide with the Tokyo Game Show 2019, the Japanese video game giant officially presented the Fairy Tail project and illustrated, with gameplay video, the main elements that will characterize this ambitious JRPG.

Developed by Gust with the precious support of the author of the original manga Hiro Mashima, the Fairy Tail project will allow fans of this splendid series to impersonate Natsu Dragneel and Lucy Heartfilia to restore order in the Kingdom of Flower.

Around the main characters will gravitate different secondary figures that will contribute to enriching the narrative and playful offer of the title, thanks to a complex realistic system focused on the activities to be carried out on behalf of the Guild of the Wizards.

Thanks to the new TGS 2019 gameplay trailer, the adoption of a JRPG gameplay system is also confirmed, with free exploration phases of the settings enhanced by splendid turn-based combat sessions. The evolution of abilities, powers and equipment elements will pass by overcoming the challenges against the thugs and creatures following the fearsome Zeref offered by the main plot and the numerous missions related to the open world.

We, therefore, leave you with the new game scenes of Fairy Tail and look forward to knowing the official launch date of the title on PC, PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch.
