The developers of the next version of the famous flight simulator born in Redmond, Microsoft Flight Simulator, have opened registration for participation in the first technical alpha. Microsoft’s game seems to have entered the most concrete part of the development and further announcements will soon follow.
Microsoft Flight Simulator is a historical series whose origins date back to 1982. The latest version available, called Microsoft Flight Simulator X: Steam Edition, dates back to 2014 and is nothing but an improved release of an old edition of 2014. The new Chapter of the series was announced during the Xbox conference at this year ‘s E3, which featured a spectacular 4K trailer showing a very high level of production photorealism. The renewed version will be able to count on satellite data and the back-end offered by the Azure infrastructure.
The announcement of the registration for the alpha was given directly from the official website of the game. Furthermore, in the post, further updates are scheduled for 19 September. We remind you that Microsoft Flight Simulator will arrive in 2020 on PC and Xbox One and will be included at the launch in the Xbox Game Pass catalogue.
