Persona 5 Royal: live streaming announced for next week

Persona 5 Royal: Comparative Video of the New Locations and the Real Tokyo

SEGA and Atlus Japan have announced that next week they will broadcast a livestream of Persona 5 Royal, a reissue of the best-selling title in the series. The show will air on September 27th at 8:00 pm local time.

The broadcast will feature the producers of the game, some developers and Enako, one of the most popular cosplayers in Japan, who will probably be Kasumi Yoshizawa, a character that will be introduced in Persona 5 Royal.

The new edition of Persona 5 will include not only the new character mentioned but also various improvements to the gameplay and additional content, exactly as happened with Persona 3 Golden and Persona 4 Golden. Atlus made it clear that P5 Royal will not be compatible with the original version rescues since it is, in fact, a game with lots of extra content that is difficult to integrate into the vanilla version.

Persona 5 Royal will be released on October 31st in Japan also bundled with PS4 and PS4 PRO, the launch in the West is scheduled for a generic 2020 but currently, a more precise launch window has not been announced.
