Divinity Original Sin 2 is one of the best RPGs ever produced and since 2017, the year of publication, it has been enriched with a series of free updates that have helped to promote its longevity. Larian Studios has confirmed that it has no intention of interrupting support for the game and more news will soon arrive.
Answering on the topic to the colleagues of PCGames, Michael Douse – director of publications of Larian Studios – confirmed the plans for further contents: “Yes, inside and outside the game itself. There are some enormous things that will emerge in what I call the extended universe, even if it is not really so ”.
As for the in-game content, Douse says that “obviously we have many gift bags coming to all platforms and soon we will offer some changes to the gameplay. Personally I would like to increase the speed of movement but this opinion makes me risk my life every day ”.
Despite working with Baldur’s Gate 3, Larian still has a few tricks up his sleeve for DOS2. We remind you that recently Divinity Original Sin 2 also made its debut on Nintendo Switch.
