At the end of the State of Play during which the Call of Duty Modern Warfare campaign trailer was shown for the first time, new information also emerged regarding the length of the exclusive PlayStation 4 period for certain content.
Unlike what was seen with Black Ops 4, all the maps coming with the free Activision shooter updates will be published simultaneously on all platforms, but it seems that some contents are destined to remain an exclusive PlayStation 4 for a good deal of time. The first of these elements is a specific Spec Ops mission entitled Survival, or rather the protagonist of the very short film seen in the Sony live event. It appears that this cooperative mission will be available for launch only for PlayStation 4 owners and that PC and Xbox One users will have to wait until October 2020, or a year, to get their hands on it.
We remind you that Modern Warfare will arrive on the shelves of all stores starting from next 25 October 2019 on the following platforms: PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC (only on Battle.net).
