The Outer Worlds: new panoramic video of Obsidian’s alien RPG from the Xbox Inside

The Outer Worlds

Confirming the words pronounced in recent days by Major Nelson, the guys at Obsidian Entertainment have virtually climbed onto the Inside Xbox stage to reopen a window on the colorful and bizarre alien dimension of The Outer Worlds.

The nice video was given to us by the Californian development company, recently arrived in the Xbox Game Studios family as a result of the acquisition of Microsoft, illustrates in great detail the peculiar combat system developed by the authors of Fallout New Vegas and the characterization of the secondary characters that we will meet during the adventure.

Also, thanks to this trailer, Obsidian’s digital forges give a quick overview of all the graphic, stylistic, narrative and content elements that will underpin their inspired role-playing work, including the multiple-choice dialogue module and the profound shooter system which constitutes the soul action of the title.

In leaving you all further comments to this video, we remind you that the marketing of The Outer Worlds is scheduled for October 25th on PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4, with a subsequent landing on Nintendo Switch in a period between the end of this quest ‘year and the first months of 2020. The double “green-edged edition” intended for users with an Xbox Game Pass subscription, in addition, can be downloaded and enjoyed “for free” both on Windows 10 PC and on Xbox One S and Xbox One X.
