After confirming the entry of GT Sport in the PlayStation Hits series, Polyphony Digital and Sony officially present Gran Turismo Sport Spec 2, the “definitive” edition of the main car simulator on PS4.
According to information shared by PlayStation Spain’s social media channels, the GT Sport Spec II will be marketed in two Blu-ray discs to save players’ time in the long update process. The data present in the double game disc will, however, be the one related to version 1.39 and, consequently, will require the download of the data package necessary to bring GT Sport to the current version 1.45.
In the Gran Turismo Sport Spec 2 disks, there will, therefore, be 275 cars out of a total of 293, in addition to the 75 circuits that are the backdrop to the GT League races and Kazunori Yamauchi’s racing game multiplayer competitions.
Like any premium edition that respects, of course also in GT Sports Spex 2 will find the bonus represented by 2, 5 million credits in-game and 10 race cars of category Gr.3 , each digital from the dealership as many producers participated in the world final of the FIA Online Championship 2018.
The bonus car package will include the Aston Martin V12 Vantage GT3 and the Chevrolet Corvette C7 Gr.3, plus Lexus RC F GT3 (Emil Frey Racing), Mercedes-Benz Mercedes-AMG GT3 (AMG-HTP-Motorsport Team), Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution Final Edition Gr.3, Nissan GT-R NISMO GT3 N24 Schulze Motorsport, Porsche 911 RSR (991), Renault Sport RS01 GT3, Subaru WRX Gr.3 and Toyota FT-1 Vision Gran Turismo (Gr.3). All the cars in question can be unlocked since the launch of the Gran Turismo Sport Spec 2, scheduled on PlayStation 4 and PS4 Pro for October 4th at a price that has yet to be announced.
