When it’s just over a month left, Pokémon Spada and Scudo are among the most anticipated video games of this generation, given the perfect playing field that seems to represent a console like Nintendo Switch for the series.
To alleviate this expectation, the latest issue of Game Informer intervenes, revealing many new features in the game, in a new interview with the authors, who told of the decision to shape the region of Galar over the United Kingdom, some new game mechanics and much else.
First of all, those who expect a high level of challenge will finally find something to their teeth, since the Raids will be among the most difficult challenges ever encountered in a title in the series. To balance, however, Pokémon Sword and Shield will finally introduce self-rescue, a novelty for the saga, while the game will not include the Hidden Machine mechanics.
Some little creatures that have been cut from the game and will therefore not appear in the Pokedex , will return in the future, thus extinguishing one of the most famous controversies about Pokémon Sword and Shield. Furthermore, it will no longer be possible to divide the experience gained in the battle between all the player’s pokémon, but all the creatures in the party will earn the same amount of exp points.
The release date of Pokémon Sword and Shield is set for November 15 on Nintendo Switch.
