The amateur programmers and designers gathered in the Requiem Dungeon Masters team announce that they have released the 3.3.0 version of “Requiem – The Roleplaying Overhaul”, their huge Skyrim mod that promises to make the recreational experience of the blockbuster worldwide more immersive and roleplaying open in Bethesda.

In development since 2013, the Requiem mod is one of the most ambitious projects connected to The Elder Scrolls V: the new version, nicknamed “The Quantum Enigma” by its authors, which aims to revolutionize and improve every aspect of Skyrim’s fantasy adventure. The mod in question, in fact, applies so many modifications to the base game to require the uninstallation of almost all the other mod contents (except for the graphic packages such as those for the Volumetric Fog and for the 8K textures, then) and the need for start the story over again.

According to the description offered to us by modders, with Requiem, we should witness the introduction of a completely revised combat system, a new progression of skills and a general rebalancing of magic and objects. In the intentions of its authors, all these interventions are aimed at making Skyrim more engaging and profound for both beginners and more experienced players, finding a compromise between the approach offered by the most modern RPG actions and the gameplay mechanics of the games of old school role.
