The Nintendo Live 2019 could be canceled due to a typhoon

Nintendo E3 2019: A Direct Announced for June 11th

The official Twitter account of Nintendo Live 2019, an event announced by the Great N to show some of its most important upcoming titles, informed the users of the probable cancellation of the event, due to concerns about an incoming typhoon.

This is the super typhoon Hagibis, which has grown impressively over the past few hours, and which could also hit Japan in the next few days, although current weather reports say that it is still too early to determine the typhoon’s trajectory at the moment. and which areas of the country will eventually be touched.

The event should have been held between October 13 and October 14 at the Kyoto International Conference Center, and there were new features regarding Animal Crossing: New Horizons, Ring Fit Adventure, and Luigi’s Mansion 3, which is due to arrive later this month. Should the event actually be canceled, the participants will always be informed via Twitter, and who knows if Nintendo decides to organize a last-minute Direct so as not to leave everyone speechless.

For the moment official communications have not yet arrived in this sense, but the authorities and organizers will naturally keep an eye on the evolution of the situation before deciding to cancel the event or to have the latter perform as scheduled.
