Concrete Genie: Guide and Tricks to start playing

Concrete Genie for PS4

The new Concrete Genie of Pixelopus is exclusively available on PlayStation 4, and we are involved in the mission to bring back the color in the gray areas of Denska. In this mini-guide, we will give you some useful tips to take your first steps in the adventure.

Here are five brief tips on how to become experienced painters in Concrete Genie

Use the motion controls

In Concrete Genie you can use the DualShock 4 motion sensors to paint by tilting the controller. We advise you to take advantage of this feature since it will make the mechanics of painting even more fun and intuitive. Don’t underestimate it, and above all don’t ignore it.

Come back to visit the old areas

Being an open-world game, in Concrete Genie you can visit the same regions multiple times, even if you have unlocked new areas to explore. And there will always be a good reason to do so. Some posters located in a certain area, for example, could become available only at a later stage of the adventure, which is why it is always worthwhile to go back and visit them again.

Do you need Super Painting?

If you need some extra Super Painting, just find an empty wall and call your Genes. Very often they will ask for something to be drawn and, by giving them what they need, you will fill your Super Painting skills.

Avoid the bullies

Groups of bullies roam around Denska, ready to celebrate you. Whenever possible, always try to avoid them with a stealthy approach. For this purpose, the roofs of houses and buildings will be very useful. Going through them, in fact, you can explore large portions of the map without being noticed by enemies.

Explore and interact with objects

The areas of Concrete Genie are rich in objects with which to interact, including bins and old junk scattered on the street. Often and willingly, by approaching them you will find the album pages and the newspapers, collectibles that will allow you to unlock the relative trophies of the game. If you are a completist, you cannot miss it.
