Square Enix has posted on Twitter a very short video that introduces the Tactical Mode of Final Fantasy 7 Remake, which allows access to a combat system closer to the original game and less geared to action.
The company makes it known that by pressing the X key in battle it will be possible to slow down the time and this will allow the player to have the time necessary to decide with (relative) calm the next move be made or select a different goal. In this way the “traditional” combat system blends perfectly with the default real-time combat system, allowing even the most traditionalists to face the battles of Final Fantasy 7 Remake.
The remake of FF7 is expected for March 3, 2020, exclusively on PlayStation 4 and PS4 PRO, recently Square Enix published the cover of Final Fantasy 7 Remake which contains no reference to the episodic subdivision, at least in the front of the same. That the publisher has changed the initial plans, not proceeding with the production of more episodes? It is too early to say and at present, the company has not disclosed information regarding the possible distribution in several chapters.
Enter Tactical Mode by pressing the x button during combat in #FF7R. This slows down time & allows you to pick your next move. Take time to select your target, then choose to use abilities, magic or items.
