Capcom has released the playable demos of Resident Evil 5 and Resident Evil 6 on Nintendo eShop, currently, the trial versions are available only in Australia but today will also arrive in other countries, including Europe.
The demos weigh 18.7 and 17.6 GB respectively and allow you to experience first-hand the two Resident Evil games coming to Nintendo Switch on October 29th. It is not clear at the moment whether it will be possible to import the progress in the full versions even if this hypothesis seems to be very probable considering the past of Capcom in this regard.
This is a good opportunity to see first-hand the quality of Resident Evil 5 and RE6 ports for Nintendo Switch, these are technically not too recent titles (released in 2009 and 2012) but the Osaka house seems to have done a good job as for the adaptation and the control system , this obviously revisited to take advantage of the Nintendo Switch touch screen.
The Nintendo console proved to be particularly suitable for hosting the games of the Resident Evil series and over the years Capcom has brought all the main episodes of the saga to this platform.
