After Black Ops 4, which focused exclusively on the multiplayer component, the Call of Duty series has returned to office with Modern Warfare, which also offers a single-player component of exquisite workmanship.
Although it is purely single-player content, on PC it requires a constant internet connection to be addressed. In fact, on Personal Computer Call of Duty: Modern Warfare is an always-online game, and without a connection to the network, it cannot in any way work. In all likelihood, this is a measure implemented by Activision to prevent the game from being pirated and unlawfully distributed. At the moment, it seems that the move is working, given that there is no trace of the pirated version of the game on the net, however, the obligation of the online even for the single-player campaign could turn up many noses.
What do you think about it? Let us know in the comments! This morning, we reported that on PS4 it is even possible to get the Platinum trophy without playing online.
