As if to snatch some media visibility from the Death Stranding launch video, independent programmer and designer Artur Laczkowski decides to publish the final version of PT Emulation, the fan-made remake of the Silent Hills demo made under the aegis of Hideo Kojima.
Laczkowski’s project does not reinterpret the microcosm in the dark hues of the horror demo that appeared on PlayStation 4 at the end of 2015 but aims to re-create the entire experience from scratch, “emulating” the work of the Kojima authors under a strictly graphic profile, playful and content. All without being able to draw on the original assets but relying exclusively on his experience gained after hours and hours of gameplay.
At the top of the news you can admire the official launch trailer of PT Emulation: in the message accompanying the video and the availability for the free download of this remake fan-made, the author claimed to have worked for months on this project and, already there, he wished all horror video game fans happy Halloween .
Speaking of PT and the void left by the cancellation of Silent Hills, did you know that Hideo Kojima recently returned to the issue to say he wanted to make a horror game in the future? In the meantime, there are those who have studied PT carefully to find out about disturbing Lisa.
