Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth Have Already Reached a Settlement Agreement

Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth have resolved the details of their divorce and their lawyer will file court documents on Tuesday, TMZ and the Entertainment Tonight report.

Although his property has been divided and it is reported that Miley, 27, will keep custody of his animals, the divorce will not be finalized until March 2020, according to the media.

Liam filed for divorce from the singer in August after getting married seven months earlier, on December 23, 2018. On August 10, a Miley representative confirmed to PEOPLE in a statement that the couple had separated.

“Liam and Miley agreed to separate at this time,” the statement said. “In constant evolution, changing as partners and individuals, they have decided that this is the best while focusing on themselves and their careers. They are still parents dedicated to all the animals they share, while lovingly taking this time apart. Respect your process and privacy.

Meanwhile, Liam has recently sparked dating rumors with model Gabriella Brooks. Earlier this month, the actor was photographed introducing Brooks, 21, to his parents, Craig and Leonie Hemsworth, while in Byron Bay, Australia.
