The singer had promised her fans: “The next time you hear from me, I’ll be singing …”.

Demi Lovato will make her first live performance since her almost fatal overdose, in the next Grammy 2020.

The singer has been absent from the stage since she suffered a major drug relapse in the summer of 2018, but recently announced plans to mount her return from music, and has now been added to the list of artists for the big night of the music.

“I told you, the next time you would hear from me, I would be singing,” the 27-year-old told her fans on Instagram on Tuesday (January 14).

Lovato had previously joked with her followers about a great revelation, at the beginning of December, when she published a completely black image and captioned it: “The next time you hear from me, I will be singing …”.

Lovato will join artists such as Ariana Grande, Billie Eilish, Lizzo, Aerosmith, Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton on stage, in Los Angeles on January 26 (2020).
