Apparently CD Projekt Red has released patch 3.6 for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt in South Korea, adding several features to the game.

CD Projekt Red has released a new patch, 3.6, for the Nintendo Switch version of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt in South Korea. It would be a full-bodied update, with several notable additions to the game.

Meanwhile, it seems that it slightly improves the graphics. More important is the addition of support for cross-save with the PC version of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, more precisely with the Steam and GOG versions. Basically you can now import the Nintendo Switch version saves on PC and vice versa.
