Your story shared 33-year-old Catherine Makanin’s from Minsk: a mother of three children (9, 8 and 2.5 years), which was engaged in bodybuilding.

Sports I did as a child: from 6 to 10 years old and went to tennis. After the parents are unable to let me continue classes, as this sport is not cheap.

Mom made delicious: the first, the second, compote and roasted potatoes. I was by no means the most slender girl in the class.

Then work combined with study, and eating — anything and anywhere. Did not disdain fast food. Add more get-togethers with friends with alcohol… No, I was not fat. But a good figure could not boast.

At 22 she married, became pregnant and gave birth to the first. Then, after 1 year and 3 months, had a second baby. Hi, plus 20 extra pounds.

As I threw off? The maximum extreme and wrong. I ate a little, drank some diet pills. Always dieted. Eventually broke his health. Divorced and left with two children one.

Then I met a new young man. Got pregnant and gave birth to another girl. And this is where I started my journey to a different mindset and a different body. I studied nutrition, read books. Trained at home, while the child was very young. Then went into the hall.

And I realized that I just not enough. I want to be a fitness bikini. Want to perform on stage. I found his coach, who brought me from zero to the stage after six months of training. I vpahivat these six months, only he and I know.

Bodybuilding is all about control. Six workouts a week. Helped loved ones — but sometimes I even took a small child in the room. Older kids are more independent: they can prepare their own meals. Of course, somewhere was suffering family, but the scene is not forever: when the speech is over, begins a normal family life.

This season I’m already preparing yourself to train girls in the hall. Make it a figure of dreams. As turned over my life? Dramatically. I’m not stress-eating, not shoved in the trash, I love my body and am proud of my willpower.

I’m only 33. And I think how beautiful it will look in 35.
