Lady Gaga and Ariana Grande joined the campaign Bans Off My Body against restrictions on abortion


Lady Gaga, Ariana Grande and Utilization have joined the campaign for “Bans Off My Body” of Planned Parenthood to raise awareness about the restrictions to abortion in the United States. Are only 3 of the 140 musicians that have decided to support the cause, including Nicki Minaj, Miley Cyrus, Demi Lovato, Dua Lipa, Billie Eilish, HAIM, John Legend, Bon Iver, Beck, Kacey Musgraves, Hayley Kiyoko and Sleater-Kinney.

The artists were presented in unarticolo on a full page in the recent issue of Billboard, under the title of “Band Together, Bans Off”. The campaign also aims to raise awareness of the issue on the restrictions of abortion in the music festivals with the support of the musicians themselves. The restrictive anti-abortion has been approved in several states in the United states, abortion in the quest states it will be increasingly difficult for women and the aim of the initiative is to collect 500,000 signatures online to oppose the new restrictions.

The women of Planned Parenthood, fighting for a greater freedom of choice on the part of women: “Planned Parenthood is grateful to these artists for using their impressive platforms to declare that our bodies are our own , if not, we will never be truly free or equal”.
