In days of confinement it is very important to know that we took the shopping cart and up to the mouth later, and one of those foods that are getting into without too much knowledge is the Greek yogurt.
This food that we have always considered good for our health, surely by that notice that says that it is a traditional recipe, it may not be as good as it seems.
