Is causing disruptions to companies and organizations around the world, including and (perhaps most relevant for us) the calendar of production of Netflix. Here you see all the productions currently confirmed as delayed due to the outbreak.

Then, we will be attentive to all the productions that have stalled, which are scheduled to continue or any other news related with the virus.

Programs / movies from Netflix currently detained

Last update: 04/09/2020

The Witcher (Season 2)

Thanks to our friends of Redanian Intelligence, we communicate on the 16th of march that the production of The Witcher had been officially closed. It is not expected that the series come back to Netflix until at least 2021, but it is not yet known whether this will have a material impact on its release date.

The filming of The Witcher takes place mainly in Europe.

Russian doll (season 2)

The second season of Russian Doll was to start at the end of this month, but has now been stopped.

The shoot is scheduled to be held in the city of New York, which is one of the states most affected at the time of publication.

Red notice

Network Notice was suspended and that even after the movie had a late start due to some family problems personal for Dwayne Johnson.

On the suspension, Dwayne Johnson led the team in a video sincere, which is subsequently published in their social networking accounts.

Strangest things (season 4)

The filming of the fourth season of the Stranger Things was scheduled for several locations, such as New Mexico, Atlanta, and Lithuania.

The fans entristecerán to know that the fourth season of the Stranger Things had to come to Netflix to “principles of 2021,” according to the actor David Harbour.

What this probably means now is that the fourth season will arrive in the spring or summer of 2021, depending on when it can continue the production.

Thanks to the delay in the production, this has led to speculation that a rewrite of the script could see a time skip until the 90’s.
