Coronavirus: George Clooney and his wife donated U$S1 million to charities


George Clooney added to the figures of Hollywood who made a financial contribution to try to help others in a full pandemic coronavirus. The actor and his wife Amal Alamuddin donated $ 1 million to entities of Hollywood and other organizations.

According to the site Deadlinethe couple sent the amount of 300 thousand dollars to The Motion Picture and Television, assisting people who work in film and television, and from 250 thousand to SAG-AFTRA Fund, an organization that it also helps financially to artists.

The rest of the money, according to that publication, partitioned among the charity organization Lebanese Food Bank, a partnership of public good of the Italian region of Lombardy, one of the most affected by the pandemic, and the National Health Service uk (NHS, its acronym in English).
