Selena Gomez tells Miley Cyrus that is seeing the 'goodness in the land of the Lord' in the midst of the quarantine

The singer Selena Gomez revealed that it is supported in the Scriptures during the quarantine coronavirus in the united States.

Gomez, joined his former colleague on Disney channel, Miley Cyrus, for her new programme on social networks called “Bright Minded”. Cyrus has been presenting interviews during the quarantine on Instagram Live. In his last episode, he said he is “learning things every day,” in the middle of the virus outbreak, to which Gomez responded by sharing some of the things that you do to keep your mental health strong.

“I read the Scriptures and the poetry and everything, and there is only one line that says, ‘I Choose to see goodness in the land of the Lord’, for me personally, and it is because we were not really prepared for this specifically,” said Gomez. “But I know that there are times that here is where we put ourselves to the test, like how do we treat?”

The singer “Rare” he said while walking his dog, has seen a change in their neighbors.

“People go and then change your side; they are saying ‘hello’ and being friendly and courteous and that is something that I hope happens, besides that, ” said Gomez.

She added: “This can be a time to be kind to ourselves, as you said, take breaks from all the noise, even to take breaks from social networks for a second and just be outside or be with my babies [de piel] outside and just breathing air I Think that this is something really important.”

During the interview, Gomez also announced for the first time that recently discovered that you have bipolar, after years of struggling with mental health problems.

“Recently, I went to one of the best psychiatric hospitals in the united States, the Hospital McLean , and I discussed that after years pass by many different things, I realized that I was bipolar,” said Gomez Cyrus. “And when I got to know more information, really helped me. You can’t scare me once what I know.

The 27-year-old shared some practical things you are doing to control the anxiety during the pandemic of COVID-19.

“I’ve been writing a lot. I think that has helped me to process what is happening, ” said Gomez. “A lot of this connects with people who may not have been the best thing for what you may not have thought of. I feel that there has been a lot of people that I have to do that, not necessarily saying it was bad, but simply saying: ‘Hey, I hope that you are safe. I hope you are well and that you know that you’re on my side. I’m just sending love from this end ‘”.
