Halsey, John Legend among graduation speakers in a new podcast

In the midst of the pandemic of COVID-19, countless high school and college students are missing out on the milestone of the graduation ceremonies, along with the inspiring words that come in the form of a graduation speech. To provide some words of advice and encouragement to these students who work hard, iHeartMedia has announced a new limited series of podcasts called Commencement: Speeches for the Class of 2020, which will be launched on the 15th of may. The podcast will include leaders, intellectuals accomplished in a variety of fields, including recording artists such as Halsey, John Legend and Kesha, as well as the exsecretaria of State Hillary Clinton, two-time olympic gold medalist and champion of the FIFA World Cup Abby Wambach and comedian and television Host Chelsea Handler.

In an official statement, Conal Byrne, president of the Network iHeartPodcast, said: “The students of final year of high school and university students are always in need of inspiration, tranquility and life tips as you move into the next chapter of their lives, and that is especially true. year. Halsey, who received the prestigious Hal David Starlight last year at the 50th Induction of the Annual Hall of Fame of the Composers, is no stranger to offering words of hope.
