Pixar delayed the premiere of ‘Soul’, his new film


Due to the pandemic of the coronavirus that we’re are many changes that have suffered, all the calendars of the major Hollywood studios. This time it was Pixar who announced that his new feature film, Soul, it delays its release from the 19th June to the 20th of November this year. This is the second film study for this 2020, after Onward, which premiered on march 6, barely in time before the measures of social isolation, but that, by this same, was released in advance of Disney+.

Soul is the new film by Pixar co-directed by Pete Docter and Kemp Powers. Docter has been a director and a scriptwriter on big studio titles, such as Up, an adventure of height and the genialísima Intensely. In the original vocals Soul has Jamie Foxx and Tina Fey. The story written by the directors, and Mike Jones goes from a music teacher named Joe Gardner, who dreams of becoming a jazz musician, however, by a strange accident, his soul emerges from his body, and the adventure begins for them to be reunited, body and soul, before it is too late.

The new date of Soul is that it would use the study for another of his tapes: Stripe and the Last Dragron, which was rescheduled for march 12, 2021. This tape is already in post-production was directed by Paul Briggs and Dean Wellins, with a history Adele Lim, and voices of Awkwafina, and Cassie Steele.

Thus, Soul it was rescheduled for release on 20 November, the date on which it is expected that the pandemic is in remission. As mentioned above, many other studies have had to move its titles, sticking to dates in the theaters reopen and the pandemic is controlled. Some companies have been ahead of its premiere on digital platforms, but other titles, for obvious reasons, have been delayed for it’s big premiere on the billboards, as the new tape, James Bond, No time to die, Mulan, Wonder Woman 1984 and, of course, all the Phase 4 of the Movie Universe of Marvel.
