One of the artists that most captivated with their presentation was Elton John, who greeted the health workers all over the world, who are fighting against the coronavirus. From his garden, in Los Angeles, put a voice to I’m Still Standingin which was accompanied with his piano.
“This is for all those who have been working in the first line. Thank you, thank you, thank you, “ he said.
Paul McCartney was presented with Lady Madonna, the Beatles, supported with a video that portrayed the health care workers. “Let us say to our leaders that we need to strengthen the health care system in the world, so that a crisis like this never happen again”, he asked.
On four different screens, as each member was in his house, The Rolling Stones played the classic Let It Bleed. Mick Jagger, Keith Richards, Ronnie Wood and Charlie Watts -who improvised with his battery-, loved from a distance.
