A photographer is suing Jennifer Lopez for using one of his photos without permission.
Steve Sands has taken legal action against the singer and her production company, Nuyorican Productions, accusing it of copyright infringement and take advantage of your work.
The paparazzando is seeking more than$ 150,000 in damages.
In his lawsuit, obtained by The Blast, Sands says that Lopez has been using the photo to promote your brand in Instagram, where it has more than 118 million followers, without permission.
“The Defendants are not licensed the Photograph of the Complainant to its web site, nor the Defendants had the permission or consent of the Plaintiff to publish the Photograph on its web Site,” reads their complaint.
