‘One-Punch Man’: popular anime will, with an adaptation to live action


The writers of ‘Venom’ put hands to work to bring anime to the big screen.

One-Punch Man also adds to the wave of live action. The history of Saitama would come to the big screen, and there are already to work on this project. In this note, we show you the details that are known up to the date with respect to adaptation.

The portal Variety reported that Scott Rosenberg and Jeff Pinkner will write the adaptation live action of One-Punch Man for Sony Pictures. Previously, the duo collaborated with the script of ‘Jumanji: In the jungle’ and ‘Venom’, tape starring Tom Hardy that readies the debut of its sequel.

For the moment, the project is in its early stages. It is too early to talk about casting, but some fans already think of some options for the central character. Currently, the duo formed by Rosenberg and Pinkner, is currently working on the miniseries the Citadel, that will count with the presence of Priyanka Chopra and Richard Madden.

Inspired by the manga of the same name, One-Punch Man introduces us to Saitama, a superhero capable of defeating the most fearsome opponents in a single blow. He is in search of a worthy opponent, after getting bored by the lack of challenges in his struggle against evil.
