The past 9 April, the director Taika Waititi used his account of Instagram to comment on the direct ‘Thor: Ragnarok’ in which he invited Tessa Thompson and Mark Ruffalo. The thing ended up raving in a bit to comment on that, put on to advance your next film for Marvel, ‘Thor: Love and Thunder’, which will count with Hemsworth and Thompson, and in addition to Christian Bale and the return of Natalie Portman. Waititi gave some details about Miek and Korg, and we could see one of the scripts on the table which he said had “four or five “drafts” and he described as “the list of things you would ask a child of 10 years who would say yes to everything”.
We were not able to see or a page, but more lucky to have Chris Hemsworth who has already read a copy of the script and ensures that it is “pretty crazy”. The actor has spoken with The Philadelphia Inquirer to promote his latest film, ‘Extraction’, and pass comment on what that holds for us the God of Thunder: “it is one of the best scripts I’ve read in years”says Hemsworth, that advantage also to commend the director: “it is the job of the most extreme of Taika, also the best. If the version I read is the one just rolling, it’s going to be very mad”.
‘Love and Thunder’ will be the direct sequel of ‘Ragnarok’, the fourth in the saga of Thor, who repeats to Waititi as director, and this time it also aims to sign the script along with Jennifer Kaytin Robinson (Someone special). Waititi turned comic version of Thor that was exploring the Universe Cinematic Marvel that was very well received both by the public as by the critics. It is assumed that filming will begin in late summer, but we’ll have to wait to see if the coronavius allows. Be that as it may, the date for the premiere of ‘Thor: ‘Love and Thunder’ is, for now, the 18 of February of 2022.
The future of the “Thor fat”
In the direct Instagram before mentioned, Waititi dropped that we would not see more the version Thor’s fat presented in ‘Avengers: Endgame’. However, just in case, PETA has sent a letter to the director suggesting that it is best to return the character to its shape muscular back is to make it vegan: “According to his personal trainer, Hemsworth took a vegan diet while filming the movies Thor and the Avengers original, developing a special affinity for beans and veggie burgers. Maybe if Thor cruzase the bridge to our world could be inspired by other Avengers with a vegetarian diet as Benedict Cumberbatch (Doctor Strange) and Natalie Portman (Jane Foster) and the armor of battle would begin to fit a little more comfortably”.
As we are not nutritionists, just journalists, we do not know if it is accurate that a vegan diet makes you slim, but in any case, Christopher Markus, the screenwriter of ‘Endgame’, has the correct answer to the drama of letting Thor fat at the end of the film: “Her emotional journey is resolved. Fix their problem, that it was not his weight”. But PETA has an argument better and something more valid to change the power of the character: “Remove the animal products from your diet could save more than 1,000 gallons of water, 20 pounds of carbon dioxide emissions and 30 square feet of forest each day, as well as save the lives of nearly 200 animals a year”.
