Focus: Masters of the Scam it is a film that premiered five years ago and that came only in April to the catalog of Netflix, which in a few days reached the first position in the Top 10 of Chile.

Written and directed by Glenn Ficarra and John Regua (series This is Us) and with a cast of first level, the mix tape the organized crime, the luxuries, the lies, the drama and the surprise effect that makes you can’t take off your eyes of the screen.

At 104 minutes, the film tells the story of Nicky Supergeon (Will Smith) is a con artist with plenty of experience in the rubo, a day known to Jess (Margot Robbie), a young woman fond of this style of work but has great skills in the matter, so they choose to include it in his band, a great enterprise of “lances” organized.

After some muggings -which was to steal jewels, wallets, and other items of value to the people who were going through the streets-, Nicky and Jess decide to start a loving relationship, however, he realizes that scams and deceptions to make a living, and love, are things that are separated.

For this reason and after a great sum of money, and at the time we believed that the relationship between them is strengthening, they are separated abruptly… but the time is in charge of putting it together again, and it seems that this time is not the right time for love.

While it is a movie -as we have already said – that premiered in 2015, the main element to see is the cast, starring two big stars of Hollywood: Margot Robbie and Will Smith. It also has the participation of brazilian actor Rodrigo Santoro, who plays the villain of the film.

As mentioned at the beginning, the story has this “the surprise factor“ which makes that the viewer is attentive to the screen throughout the film.
