The actress
Jennifer Lawrence
has secured a buyer for his penthouse in the Upper East Side of Manhattan (New York) although the transaction has not exactly been a success: he bought it in August of 2016 for 13.650.000 euros and it went on sale in July 2019 for 12.5 million. In December it had dropped to 10 and a half million euros, and so it was until a week ago, that has been withdrawn from sale.

Although the identity of the new tenant is unknown (and even if you have reached to pay less than 10,5 million) yes we know how is the duplex penthouse: accessed via a lift with a key and a lobby private. It has high ceilings, 360 degree views over New York through huge picture windows, master suite in one of the corners with a great dress, living room with fireplace of limestone and fully fitted kitchen.

The jewel in the crown of this duplex, 1,200 m2, is the terrace, two floors, described by the estate agent as “a private park in the sky”. The building has full time concierge, exercise facility (including specialized equipment for triathlon training), games room and theatre.

The terrace, 940 m2, it is spectacular.
