Jennifer Lopez receives demand of US$150,000 for this photo from Instagram

According to court documents obtained by E! News, the paparazzi look for a compensation of US$150,000 “per work infringed”.

The application was filed by the attorney Richard Liebowitz in Manhattan federal court, and shared with E! the case of Steve is a “great example for celebrities who used photos without permission to promote themselves on social networks”.

“The amount of ‘likes’ that you receive the photo along with your number of followers on social networks is a tool to market their publications,” added the defender.

So far, the entrepreneur has not been pronounced in this regard.
