The film ‘Doctor Strange’ came in 2016 within phase three of the Movie Universe of Marvel, and quickly became one of the most important characters within this franchise, but in addition to the role of Benedict Cumberbatch, also introduced us to great actors like Tilda Swinton and Rachel McAdamsbut curiously enough this last actress was going to be part of the MCU since a long time ago already that Rachel McAdams was going to be Pepper in ‘Iron Man’ in 2008.
The start of the MCU was the hand of Robert Downey Jr and Gwyneth Paltrow, who interpreted Tony Stark and Virginia Pepper Potts respectively, roles that led up to ‘Avengers: Endgame’, where we finally saw Pepper in the armor of Rescue, but apparently was going to be very different this story.
The first film of the MCU had a very well thought-out to the cast and originally Rachel McAdams was going to be Pepper in ‘Iron Man’ because he was offered the role, but the actress refused to consider a little original the character, so they had to look to the second option, Gwyneth Paltrow whom he finally agreed.
Do you have repented? Eight years later, finally the actress is joined to this universe, since he was offered the role of Christine Palmer after that Jessica Chastain rejected the role in the film ‘Doctor Strange’. It is currently unknown whether McAdams will return for ‘Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness’, as it has been indicated that the sorcerer supreme will have a new love interest, but maybe all this we know to the premiere of this movie next March 25, 2022 under the direction of Sam Raimi.
